Tablu

Privacy Policy for Tablu

Effective Date: October 11, 2026

Tablu is operated by Ravcon Ventures LLC ("we," "us," "our"). Your financial information is personal, and it should stay that way. This policy explains, in plain language, what Tablu collects, why, who helps us run the App, and the choices you have.

1. What We Collect

Account information

  • your name and email address
  • how you sign in (Apple, Google, or an email code). With Sign in with Apple, you can choose to hide your email; we then get a private relay address from Apple.

What you enter in the App

  • expenses: amount, date, category, merchant or note, which card or account you used, and receipt photos you attach
  • cards: which card it is, its rewards, sign-up bonus goals, balances, bills, due dates, and payments you record, plus the last four digits, credit limit, and APR if you enter them
  • accounts: names and balances you enter for checking, savings, cash, and similar accounts
  • recurring bills and income you choose to add
  • groups and splits: the names of people you split with, shared expenses, balances, and payments
  • notes you write in the App
  • your answers during setup (like what you want to use Tablu for)
  • messages you send us through the App, like feedback

We don't connect to your bank, and we never ask for your bank login, full card numbers, Social Security number, or government ID. Please don't enter them in notes.

Subscription information

If you start a trial or buy Pro, Apple processes the payment. We receive your plan, its price, trial and renewal dates, and purchase status, through our subscription provider. We never receive your payment card details.

Device information

  • a push notification token, if you turn on notifications
  • your time zone, so reminders and weekly summaries arrive at the right local time
  • your device platform (iPhone or Android)

We don't use advertising identifiers, we don't track you across other apps or websites, and Tablu has no ads.

2. How We Use It

We use your information only to:

  • create and run your account and sign you in
  • show your spending, cards, accounts, splits, reports, and estimates
  • calculate things like Safe to spend and which card earns the most
  • manage your plan, trials, and purchases
  • send reminders and notices you've turned on or that we need to send (like a trial-ending reminder or a sign-in code)
  • answer you when you contact us
  • keep Tablu secure, fix problems, and improve it

3. Your Data Is Yours

We do not sell your data. We do not share it for advertising. We don't use it to build a profile of you for anyone else.

We look at account-level information only when needed: to help with a request you send us, or to keep the App secure and working.

4. Who Can See What

Your expenses, cards, accounts, and groups are visible only to you, and to us only as described in Section 3.

People you add to a group are names in your account. They can't see your Tablu data. When you send someone a reminder or an invite, it goes from your own phone through the app you choose, and Tablu doesn't send it or keep their contact details.

5. Services That Help Us Run Tablu

We use a small number of trusted providers. Each gets only what it needs to do its job, and may use it only to provide its service to us:

  • Supabase: stores your account and App data, and runs sign-in
  • RevenueCat: manages subscriptions and purchase status (receives a user ID we assign to your account, and your purchase history from Apple)
  • Apple: Sign in with Apple, App Store payments, and push notifications
  • Google: Sign in with Google, if you choose it
  • Resend: sends our emails, like sign-in codes, reminders, and purchase confirmations
  • Expo: delivers push notifications to your device (including their text, which can include amounts from your summaries) and checks for app updates

We may also share information:

  • if required by law, such as a valid subpoena or court order
  • to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users, the public, or Tablu
  • if Tablu is part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We'll tell you before your information moves to a different privacy policy.

6. Security

Your data is encrypted in transit and stored with providers that encrypt it at rest. Access is limited by account, so one user can't read another user's data. No system is 100% secure, but we take real, ongoing care to protect your information.

7. How Long We Keep It

We keep your information while your account is active.

When you delete something in the App, it's hidden and kept until you delete your account, so syncing and undo work correctly. It's removed for good when you delete your account.

When you delete your account, we delete your personal information and App data, including receipt photos. Copies in our providers' backups are overwritten on their normal backup schedule. We also ask our subscription provider to delete your purchase records. Apple keeps its own records of your purchases.

8. Your Choices and Rights

  • See and correct: view and edit your information in the App anytime.
  • Export: export your reports from the App, or email us for a full copy of your data.
  • Delete: delete your account anytime in Settings › Delete account.
  • Notifications: turn reminders and summaries on or off in Settings, or in your iPhone's settings.
  • Email: sign-in codes and account notices (like trial and renewal reminders and purchase confirmations) are always sent. Any other emails include a way to stop them.

Depending on where you live (for example, California or the European Union), you may have extra rights, such as asking what we hold about you, or asking us to delete or correct it. Email us and we'll respond within the time the law requires. We won't treat you differently for using these rights.

9. Children

Tablu isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If we learn we have, we'll delete it. If you think a child has given us information, contact us.

10. Where Your Data Is Processed

We're based in the United States, and our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Wherever it's processed, we apply the protections in this policy.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as Tablu changes or the law requires. If we make a material change, we'll tell you in the App or by email before it takes effect. The Effective Date at the top shows the latest update.
