Terms of Service for Tablu

Effective Date: October 11, 2026

Welcome to Tablu. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are the agreement between you and Ravcon Ventures LLC, the company that operates Tablu ("we," "us," "our"). We've written them in plain English, because you should be able to read what you're agreeing to.

By downloading, accessing, or using Tablu (the "App"), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If something here doesn't work for you, contact us with questions, or don't use the App.

1. What Tablu Is

Tablu helps you track your spending, organize your cards and accounts, split shared expenses with other people, and see which of your credit cards earns the most rewards on a purchase. You enter your own information, and Tablu helps you organize and understand it.

Tablu does not connect to your bank, does not move money, and does not make payments for you.

2. Who Can Use Tablu

You must be at least 13 years old to use Tablu. If you're under 18 (or the age of majority where you live), you may use Tablu only with the permission of a parent or guardian, who agrees to these Terms for you.

3. Your Account

You can sign in with Apple, with Google, or with a one-time code sent to your email. You're responsible for:

  • keeping access to your sign-in method secure
  • what happens under your account
  • giving accurate information

If you think your account has been compromised, contact us right away.

4. Your Data and Other People's Information

You're responsible for the accuracy and legality of what you enter in Tablu. We don't verify, audit, or guarantee anything you enter.

When you split expenses, you may enter other people's names and amounts. Only add people you have a reason to share expenses with, and only information you have the right to share. Balances in Tablu are a record to help you keep track. They are not a bill from us, and Tablu doesn't collect or enforce them.

5. Estimates, Rewards Information, and No Financial Advice

Some features show estimates, including Safe to spend, rewards earned or missed, sign-up bonus pace, and reports. These are calculated from the information you entered and the card information in Tablu. They can be incomplete or wrong, for example if a balance or bill is missing or out of date.

Card rewards, rates, and benefits are set by card issuers and change often. The card information in Tablu is for reference only and may not be current. Always check your card's terms with your issuer.

Tablu is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any bank or card issuer. Card and company names belong to their owners and are used only to identify cards.

Tablu is a personal organization tool. It is not financial, investment, tax, credit, accounting, or legal advice. Decisions about your money are yours. For advice about your situation, talk to a qualified professional.

6. Plans, Free Trials, and Billing

Tablu has a free plan (Standard) with limits, and a paid plan (Tablu Pro). Pro is available as a yearly subscription or as a one-time Lifetime purchase. The current features, limits, and prices are shown in the App before you buy, in your local currency. Prices may vary by region and may change.

Purchases go through Apple. All payments are processed by the Apple App Store and charged to your Apple Account. We never see your payment card details.

Free trials. The yearly plan may include a free trial. The trial length and the price after it are shown before you start. When the trial ends, your subscription starts and you're charged the yearly price, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Each Apple Account can get a trial once. If you buy Lifetime during a trial, the trial's subscription doesn't cancel by itself: cancel it in your Apple Account settings.

Automatic renewal. The yearly subscription renews automatically every year at the price shown, until you cancel. Your Apple Account is charged within 24 hours before the end of the current period. To avoid the next charge, cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.

How to cancel. On your iPhone, open Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Tablu, use Manage subscription in Tablu's Settings, or go to https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Canceling stops future charges. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for.

Reminders. We'll try to remind you by push notification or email before a free trial ends, and before a yearly renewal where the law requires it. You're responsible for canceling in time, even if a reminder doesn't reach you.

Price changes. If the yearly price changes, Apple will tell you before it applies, and asks for your consent where required.

Deleting your account doesn't cancel your subscription. Apple bills the subscription, so cancel it in your Apple Account settings too.

7. Refunds

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under Apple's policies. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We can't issue refunds for Apple-billed purchases ourselves.

8. Acceptable Use

Please don't:

  • use Tablu for anything unlawful
  • try to access our systems, other people's accounts, or data you're not allowed to see
  • reverse engineer or copy the App, except where the law allows
  • interfere with or overload the App or its servers
  • enter information you don't have the right to enter

9. Account Deletion and Termination

You can delete your account anytime in the App's Settings. This deletes your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms, misuse the App, or act fraudulently or abusively. We'll make reasonable efforts to tell you first.

10. Service Availability and Changes

We work hard to keep Tablu running, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, add, or remove features. If we remove a paid feature you rely on, we'll treat you fairly. For a Lifetime purchase, "lifetime" means for as long as we operate Tablu.

11. "As Is" Disclaimer

Tablu is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we're not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, money, data, or rewards, arising from your use of (or inability to use) Tablu, including decisions you make based on estimates or rewards information in the App. Our total liability for any claim related to Tablu or these Terms won't exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50.

Some places don't allow these limits, so some of them may not apply to you.

13. Disputes

If you have a problem with Tablu, please email support@tablu.app first. We'll try to solve it informally within 60 days.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that isn't resolved informally will be handled in the state or federal courts in New York County, New York, and you and we agree to those courts' jurisdiction. Either of us may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies.

14. Apple

These Terms are between you and Ravcon Ventures LLC, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Tablu or its content, and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it.

License. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use Tablu on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Usage Rules, including Family Sharing where available.

If Tablu fails to meet any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any); Apple has no other warranty obligation. We, not Apple, are responsible for any claims relating to Tablu, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, consumer protection, privacy, and intellectual property claims (including investigating, defending, settling, and discharging any third-party claim that Tablu infringes someone's intellectual property). You confirm you're not in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo and aren't on a U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Your use of the App must also follow the App Store's usage rules and any third-party terms that apply to you, such as your wireless carrier's. Questions or complaints about Tablu go to us at the contact details below.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. If we make a material change, we'll tell you in the App or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use Tablu after that means you accept the updated Terms. The Effective Date at the top shows the latest update.
